Buildix provides commissioned work in architectural visuals:

• 3D visualization and architectural video
• Websites for properties and development projects
• Sales catalogs and print-ready material

This is not an online shop. Every commission is prepared individually to the client's brief.

Any prices shown on the website are indicative and are not an offer to conclude a contract. No service can be ordered directly here — an inquiry sent through the form, by email or by phone is non-binding and is not an order.

1. The client sends an inquiry.
2. I prepare an individual offer — scope, price and timeline.
3. The client confirms the offer.

The contract comes into existence when the client confirms the offer. Confirmation by email is sufficient.

The binding price, the due date and any advance payment are always stated in the specific offer and then on the invoice; figures on the website are there for orientation only. As I am not registered for VAT, the stated price is final.

The delivery date is agreed in the specific offer. It depends on the scope of the commission and on when the client supplies the necessary source material. Deliverables are handed over electronically.

Visualizations, videos, websites and print material are copyrighted works. The scope of the licence — purpose, territory and duration of use — is agreed in the specific offer, as is the right to present the finished work in the Buildix portfolio.

Material supplied by the client (project documentation, photographs, logos) remains theirs and is used solely for that commission.

Please raise a complaint by email at info@buildix.cz, describing the defect.

Where the client is a consumer, I will decide on the complaint without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day it is raised, unless a longer period is expressly agreed.

Where the client is a consumer and the contract was concluded at a distance, they generally have the right to withdraw within 14 days.

That right does not apply to work made to the consumer's own specification, nor where the service has been performed with their express consent before the period expires — see Section 1837 of the Czech Civil Code. As Buildix commissions are by their nature made to order, the applicable withdrawal terms are set out in advance in each offer.

For business clients, withdrawal follows what is agreed in the offer.

If a dispute cannot be settled directly, a consumer has the right to turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, the body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes:

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority also supervises compliance with consumer protection law.

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, in particular the Civil Code (No. 89/2012 Coll.) and, where the client is a consumer, the Consumer Protection Act (No. 634/1992 Coll.).

These terms may change. The version in force on the day the offer is confirmed applies to that commission.
